	Phoenix - I am a single mother of 3 kids. I have been struggling these past 2months really hard I just had my electricity cut off on tuesday I finally got it back on. I need all the help or any help possible. I have no outrages expenses just my house, electricity, gas, water, gas for my car which is $20 a week, and out weekly food for my kids and I. I havent been able to buy that much food anymore because of the same reason. Please if you can help I would really appreciate it. Even like gift cards of like $20 or $10 that would help a lot. this year I am not putting a christmas tree up. I am just planning on buying my kids one gift each and thats all I can do for them. They are 5, 4 and 2 years old the 2 young ones dont know much about Santa and the oldest he understand a bit. He is happy with getting a toy. I really appreciate you reading my request. 	Irving, TX - I am not looking for much, as I have been pretty good on my own, I am just looking for clothes and/or toys for my son and maybe a little help with bills. I am afraid my insurance is about to lapse on my car (which I own thanks to my grandpa finding me a very cheap car) and I have to pay to move into my new apt on Friday which is $255(which by the way is only $450 a month to help me catch up and live comfortably as a single mom). I really need help with those as well, maybe not all of it but alot if possible. I was off work for 3 months, due to major childcare issues and job shortages. I just started working, will start getting checks just in time to pay all of January's rent and bills. I do have a cell phone, which I have gotten paid by donating plasma every month, but I've had pneumonia in the last month so they will not let me right now. Mainly, I'd like a few things that I can't get for my son including 12 mo. clothes and any kind of musical toys. I'd! love to say I could pay you back, but truthfully I am not sure how or when, it may be a while. Please if you can find it in your hearts to help it'd be greatly appreciated. Again my son is 15 months old, the cutest happiest baby, prob be happy with a box, but I'd love to provide a home, a safe car to ride in (insurance) and maybe a good Christmas. 	Lewisville, TX - I am lookiing for a place for a 25 year old young man. I paid for his room last night and cannot afford another. I am working 2 jobs myself. He has no vehicle, is willing to work,has worked with the Salvation Army and I don't think he is on drugs or alcohol. I am looking for a professional or pastor that is experienced in this field to help him stay off of the streets and get help. I am not qualified or have the time or extra cash to handle this. 	Dallas - I am needing help fast for Christmas for my 2 Grandsons ages 6 and 8. I have temporary custody of them. We have been going to court for 1 1/2 years for the boys. And court cost and lawyers have really drained me. I do work a 40hr.wk job. But with all of the bills for lawyers, counselors, doctors and such. I have basically just enough to make paycheck to paycheck. I would like to be able to have a nice Christmas. They would really like to have a bikes,Bibles,inline skates sizes 13 and 3,learning games, books, a basket ball goal and basketball, any boy toys (no weapons, guns, swords etc). The boys are not picky at all and would just love anything that was given to them. If anyone could see helping out with whatever they can it would be great. I just put some items on here so there would be a choice, I am in no way asking for all of this. These are just examples of what they like. 	Newport News, VA - Right now I am currently trying to figure out how to catch up on all my bills. I pay rent every month always late and about 100 dollars behind each month, but the company that owns the apartments don't seem to mind. I am also trying to figure out how I am going to pay my electricity this month, it is 94 dollars, the highest bill since living here. I am behind on my cable/internet/home phone all in one bill by 300 but as it is not a necessity and has been shut off it is not my biggest priority. Just buying food is like a hassle and I try to only spend 40 a week on it, I never eat meat hardly ever anymore, so this has saved money. I really don't like asking for help, but I am getting desperate. I am currently working and so is my boyfriend, but both of us are having a hard time finding second jobs for night shifts. It is not that I will never catch up, but I am trying my hardest and it does not seem to be enough.

	Richmond, Va. - My family has hit a rough spot and needs some assistance with food and baby formula. I work full-time overnights. My wife has just started working again after having our baby in August. She had to have a c-section, and had complications afterwards which made it impossible for her to go back to work after the standard 12 weeks. We are struggling with just my income and her medical bills put us behind. She just went back to work at the beginning of the year and won't get paid until next week. 	Benbrook, Tx. - I am a single parent, currently unemployed. My unemployment has run out. I am job hunting but it is not going too well. I am expecting a baby boy due on March 18, 2008. The babies father is living out of the state in Indiana and is not working due to his disability. I need baby clothes badly for my baby. I have two sleepers and one little blue outfit and some blankets, that is all. I need clothes,pajamas,caps, sleepers,hats,socks,booties, shoes. I need a bassinet too but I am most concerned about the clothing that I am unable to provide at this time. I woory about it everyday. I have called churches and places of the like but they will not do anything till it is born. I do not want my baby coming home in a diaper and a t-shirt in the cool March weather. I do not have toys or baby lotion shampoo, powder or anything like that. I have run out of things to sell or pawn. I pray for an Angel to help me. 	Carrolton, TX. - Hi I am a mother of two and pregnant with my third child. My husband has recently been notified that his cancer has return again for the fourth time. He has NonHodgkins Lymphoma. He has not been able to work due to his health issues.We have been struggling for several months and were not able to get our girls Christmas this year. They are great girls 14 and 11 years old and when we told them we couldn't afford Christmas they never shed a tear or growned. We found out I was pregnant a few days before the holiday and they said that was our family's gift from GOD. We didn't think my husband could have anymore children due to treatments he received from previous bouts with his illness. We are proud people and hate to ask for help because we have always been the ones helping others. I have prayed long and hard and GOD has told me to swallow my pride and ask for help. 	Fort Worth, TX - My name is Jenny. I have a beautiful 14 month old named Paislee. It's just us two girls and I wouldn't have it any other way. I am having a slightly difficult time affording warmer clothes for her during these winter months. Especially with her growing like a weed. She is such a big girl. She can already wear a 2T! Right now i work full time and am able to pay for a nice day care for her to learn and grow in. I want the best for my daughter and I will work as hard as I can and as much as I can to provide for her only the best. We are not broke, we are not starving or at all in need of great assistance. 	Mastic, NY - This New Year I will not be celebrating. It will be a fearfull time, I will be moving to NC looking for work, living in my car. My girlfriend will be staying back in NY, moving back in with her parents, and I can recieve mail there that she'll open for me. We are a young couple trying to leave Long Island. 	Aliso Viejo - I am a single mom with 3 boys, ages 16, 4 and the 3 year-old is Autistic. The youngest 2 are from my husband, which is bi-polar. He was very abusive and for years we lived in fear. I was able to transfer my job and I left him in June of this year. I moved from Nevada to California and was only there for 2 months when I lost my job in Finance. I have been struggling every since to stay afloat. I am on the waiting lists for the child care subsidy programs and the wait list for the affordable housing are at least 2 - 10 years. I don't want to have to go back to a man that had homicidal and suicidal thoughts about killing me and his kids. If anyone can help with a childcare scholarship or with a washer and dryer or refrigerator so I don't have to pay for rentals. If anyone can help with any type of monetary donations that would be a blessing. I I am working now full time, but was out of work for abotu a month so I'm terriblly behind on everything. Anything you can do will be greatly appreciated. I am not really worried about trying to get money for Christmas or anything. 	Clovis, Ca. - After a divorce(well, I am still trying to get it finalized), I have tried to stand on my own two feet and we'll I have been pre-mature in most of my moves, but I stay focused in knowing that all my hard work will pay off! 	Rancho Cordova - Hello, I am a single mom of two girls 10 and 16. I lost my job a few week ago because I stood up for myself my boss was sexually harrassing me. I stayed longer than I should have because I have 2 girls to support. I was denied unemployment because he lied and said I missed alot of work which is untrue I missed 2 days in 2 years, one for a field trip and the other for a sick child. Now I am one month behind on rent. My rent is $1060 for my apartment. i asked the manager if I could move to a smaller unit she said yes when I get caught up. My electricty will be turned off on Tuesday. My water is also scheduled to be shut off. I am willing to work for the money. I also need a job. I have been appying everywhere and interviewing. Gilbert, AZ. -Hi there. I am a wahm of three wonderful kids. I have a hard working hubby of 12 yrs. We are in our early and mid 30's. We bought our first home last year, we have been here exactly one year. And throughout that whole year we have struggled.... My husband builds swimming pools. Its the second hottest job in the state of AZ. He goes in at 3 am and comes home whenever he gets done. During the winter it slows down. Theres not to many side jobs he can go and get that will correspond with his jobs winter schedule so he could do both. And we cant afford for him to lose the pool job. I am a liscensed stylist. I do hair and skincare, I do freelance book keeping, family photography, and am a part time student. I am working towards my Assoc. Degree in Accounting and Business Mangement. I do the photography mostly as a hobby... but once in awhile get a client. My main contribution to the family income is my book keeping. I work all these things from my home office, my home shop... as we cant afford childcare, plus I feel it important for me to be the one mothering my child and not someone else..... Our kids are 10, 9 and 2. The oldest is a boy. He started his own lawn mowing business to earn money to help our family. My kids are loving and wonderful. They go without a lot and they understand its becasue of bills... my husband and I come from families that moved around all thru our childhood, and we want our kids to have one home...a safe and loving home... for the whole time.... We are a family that works together, and understands sacrifice. We know we have more than some...and we know where we dont require.....We have distinguished between wants and needs... The help we need... well thats whatever you can give.... Right now...as of today...we are owing for Oct. and Nov for our house payment.... work for my hubby is slow...and Im only bringing in about 1500 a month with my work. (which is about what we have lost in his wages)... We have already set up our kids that Christmas this year is going to be extremely minimal.... and they are ok with that.... the best Christmas gift we could get would be to not have to worry about how to keep our home. Our credit is poor to fair... depending on how your looking at it. We have NO credit cards, no credit card debt.... all we have is school loans, a few medical bills, and there might be one or two things on there in collections now as we havent had money to pay everything.... We have tried to refinance to lower the monthly payment...and are told theres not enough equity, and our credit isnt high enough.... so we are stuck.....we have discussed with a family member to help us raise our credit so we could handle the home loan... but our score is better than thiers is.... Our house payment is 1703 per month to be exact. It is thru GMAC. If someone out there had a way to help us lower our payment, or could help with a long term loan that would cover a few months worth.... it would be such a blessing. We go to church, we pay tithing... we get food orders from our church when we need to...And we believe that Heavenly Father will help us find a way... no matter what..as long as we have faith and are trying our hardest. We cant get governement help as they say we made to much money last year... and I refuse to lie and say Im a single mom....and yet we need help....so where does that leave us.... we cant be the only family stuck in the middle like this.... so when I saw this site... I thought it couldnt hurt to try..... Thank you for taking the time to read thru all this. And if your in a position to be of help for our little family.... please know it wont be in vain.....

	Glendale - I was recently diagnosed with a colon disease, ulcerative colitis. We were doing fine until I was put in the hospital to figure out what was wrong, then doctor and specialist visits, and medications that are not working. I have been on 8 different medicines in the last three weeks and none have been cheap. I have insurance but the copay has been at least $40 a prescription, one was over $200. Needless to say my savings is gone from medical bills now and I am in need of some help with food for my family, includes two children a 2 and 4 year old. Any gift card for groceries or groceries themselves would be a huge blessing.

	Glendale - I have been raising 3 grandkids for 12 years and was living in a 2 bedroom mobilehome until I paid it off. I had been sleeping in the living room with my husband for over 7 years so the kids could have privacy. I upgraded to a 5 bedroom mobile home I found for $45,000.00 and could not get financing at a low interest rate. I found someone who would finance me but after buying the mobilehome they raised the asking price to $50,000.00 and are charging me 15% interest. I put a $7,000.00 down payment and make monthly payments of around $730.00 monthly. I have to work overtime to make my payments and would like to be able to work a 40 hour work week. I am 52 years old and have a good steady income. Please someone buy out this loan ansd refinance me at a cheaper interest rate. I have lived in this home since Feb.

	Buckeye, AZ. - i am in desperate need of help. I am a full time student and a mother of a 2 year old. i work right after school trying to make ends meet. 	Whitinsville, Ma. - My mothers house burned down july 02 2007 it took like 4 months to even tear the house down. We lost everything 35 years my parents been together. It seems like nothing is falling into place. My mother is going to loose the house she is curently rentinmg at the end of Jan when the lease is up and they havent even began to build a new one. She is a diabetic with a pace maker. My father moved to Maine and she is here trying to take care of my brother 3 sister my 2 kids and i. She is so low on money for she is disabled she cant afford oil let alone any other bills. If anyone could help us we dont qualify for state help for we make too much and if we get help they will take away her disability. She takes 25 perscriptions daily which get to be pretty expensive. My dads new insurance isnt even going thru nor does it cover preexiting conditions. If any one can help in any way it would be greatly appreciated. She is getting so fed up with things that days go buy! when she just wants someone to kill her and it is really bothering me. i cant even supply for my two kids bearly let alone help her. 	Raleigh - I need a home for me and my 3 kids,brittany 18,rachel,9 and matthew 5.We are homeless and financially broke due to bad business partners.We are asking for help with rent and deposit help .The average appartment prices in our area are 800.00 plus equal deposit amount.I also found a nice home for 825.00 plus deposit that we could rent.I am also asking for help with utilities for the next few months as we need heat if we get a home.I am also asking for help with furniture.We have nothing.I can get cheap furn on CL .I think around 500.00.I am also asking for help with a car as my car was repossessed.I can find a decent car on CL for 2000.00.I know this is a lot but any help will be very much appreciated.I have documents to verify our situation and the reasons why.My kids and i lost everything we had worked for.I have to make a new start now and just need some help if possible.I hope to be starting a new job within 2 weeks .We have had a terrible few months a! nd i want to try to get into a home before christmas comes.I am 41 and never have been in a situation like this.I have always worked hard and provided for my family and helped others as well .My kids have been through a lot recently so please if you can help ,thank you.We have a place to stay for one week and then were in the street.Thanks

	Wicklife - long story sorry to blab on and on will try and keep to the point. i am a single mom of a 3 yr ld daughter. when i got pregnent i became ill with breathing issues. after having her thing sworsened and i have a heart problem called atrial fibulation. i have been on an doff oxogyn since pregnency. since october 07 things just got worse and worse. i cant work and am on ssdi. we have a small 1 bdrm apt. and are moving into a 3bdrm home. i need assitstance with either 1st months rent or deposit. $655.00. my daughter needs some warm weather clothign size 3t. she had no christmas cause i was so sick and i just want to amke it up to her. anything will help our situatioin right now.

	Spokane, WA. - Hello, My name is John. I am Married to a wonderful wife named Cristal and have 3 kids ages 5, 2 and 6 months. We have fallen on hard financial times over the last few months and are slowly starting to dig our way out, however, we are in need of a little assistance. My wife doesnt know im posting this, as she'd probably never go for it up front, however, i felt the need. The reason for this is that, i am between jobs but should be starting a new one soon. She stays home with our kids and recieves state assistance, however, because she does not work, we do not have childcare. I guess i am seeking assistance in a variety of ways but none that are too outrageous. I would love to find someone who would offer to take our kids to babysit (your place or ours) a day or 2 a week so that she can have some free time to be herself. Do not know if we could monetarily pay for this service at this time, however, when we have the money we will for sure pay. the babysitting is the big issue so she can have free time, and we are also in need of diapers and kids clothing as they seem to be hard ! to come by without money. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. We could also use gas vouchers, offers to buy gas to get around, etc. We have a vehicle but do not use it unless we have to due to the fact that its on its last legs. 	Benbrook - I am a single parent, currently unemployed. My unemployment has run out. I am job hunting but it is not going too well. I am expecting a baby boy due on March 18, 2008. The babies father is living out of the state in Indiana and is not working due to his disability. I need baby clothes badly for my baby. I have two sleepers and one little blue outfit and some blankets, that is all. I need clothes,pajamas,caps, sleepers,hats,socks,booties, shoes. I need a bassinet too but I am most concerned about the clothing that I am unable to provide at this time. I woory about it everyday. I have called churches and places of the like but they will not do anything till it is born. I do not want my baby coming home in a diaper and a t-shirt in the cool March weather. I do not have toys or baby lotion shampoo, powder or anything like that. I have run out of things to sell or pawn. I pray for an Angel to help me. I have never had to ask for this kind of help from anyone! before. I want my baby to have what it needs. Thank you to all inadvance who may respond to my request foe help. God Bless You! I want to add that I have a nine year old daughter, but she is provided for. My daughter and I are living with my recently widowed mother who is struggling with her own financial problems and she needs me to help her actually.And that I do not get any child support from my childrens' father, he has been in prison and is trying to file for disability. I want to add that I have never had to do anything like this before. I am usually on the other end, helping anyone I could.
