	East Syracuse, NY. - 8 yr. old burn survivor seeking a Christmas Angel... Her name is Callisto,She lives with grandmother who is on Social Security Disability, so there is no money for Christmas this year. She was burned on 85% of her little body with 3rd & 4th degree burns & now is covered with skin grafts. She wears a size 10 in clothes, But they can not be heavy weight such as knits or sweats as her grafted skin doesn't sweat, it just itches & then she starts to scratch at her skin which causes the grafts to break down & bleed. She is a "girly girl" & loves the color pink, She likes to play with dolls, draw & listen to music & her favorite things are Hanna Montana & Tinker bell. She has a Walmart wish list, which can be viewed under the name Wanda Corbett. The list is only made of things she likes, we don't expect to receive everything on it. 	Worley, ID. - I am raising three kids by myself and receive no support from fathers or the government. I am working a full time job and going to school online full time. My one income is not sufficient to pay all my bills and buy food for my family. I do get financial aid but that is not until January or February. I need help in two ways. I need new tires for my van. Winter is about here and I live in the country and don't want to get stuck in the snow! I also need help buying food. I have never used a food bank because I cannot afford to take the time off from work to go to the food bank. Even if it is just a gallon of milk, that would help greatly.

	Post Falls, ID. - My daughter and her 3 children are going through a very difficult divorce this holiday season. The father has let 2 birthdays go by without gifts for the children, he has not paid any child support in the 5 months that they have been separated. But he drives around in a brand new Chrysler 300 while she is driving a friends old car that has no heat not to mention is not reliable. She is working full time caring for the elderly, working on her CNA and then will start nursing school. The money she makes is barely enough to pay her rent and utilities. I babysit her children so she does not have to pay any daycare costs. My husband and I have spent thousands on her attorney to get her divorced so that she can hopefully start to recieve some child support. She is having a hard time getting into the Christmas spirit, knowing that she will not be able to shop for her own children this year. My funds are tight, with so much money already gone to the attor! ney. I am asking for some help with gifts for the children, and her too if possible. The children are Girl 7, girl 4 and boy 3. Momma is 25. Also, I know this is really a big request, but we have not been able to get a decent car for her, at least one that is safe and has heat, if anyone has anything that they are willing to donate or even sell on payments it would be deeply appreciated. Currently we get the children up every morning at 4:30 am and I take her to work and they ride along...I believe in pay it forward...and my daughter does to. In her marriage she was well off finacially and gave many things to her friends or anyone in need. She does not know I am requesting this and I know she would never ask. I just hate to see her so sad this Holiday season and am wanting to help her in more ways then I have been able to. Bless you in advance for helping.

	Reno, NV - Hello am hoping to find some one to help me out with Christmas presents for my kids i have a 2 yr old girl and a 7 weeks baby, my baby was born with a medical problem called (hydronephrosis in medical terms)and me going often to see his specialist takes me to much time that i think that at any job i would get fired,am waiting for his medical condtion to get better but for now my husband its the only one who is working he's a painter but the strange weather doesnt help us a lot why? if it is cold outside he cant paint he is working about 20 hours a week but paying rent/billis dont leave us with much am hoping to find a person with a big heart that wants to give us a hand on this Christmas i know that god is with us and that we are going to get out of this bad situation thank you for reading!!!

	Las Vegas - Hello all. My name is Nikki, I am 23 years old, have a 6 year old son named Dylan, and have been married to my husband Fredy for 7 years. Last month my husband was deported, leaving my son and I to fend for ourselves. I was laid off from work since it got slow. I look for a job everyday, but this time of year workforce is slow. I clean homes to make ends meet, but that's barely anything. I have 243.00 left in my bank account, which will go towards my Power bill. I am not the type of person whom asks for help, I am ashamed to ask for help. But am hoping someone out there can understand my situation, and help us. 	Houston, TX - I am in need of a Christmas Miracle. I am a single mother of 4 children. I work full time and bring home mabey 300.00 a week. I have one child who is ADHD/Bi-Polar and with his Dr. appts and problems at school I miss alot of work! I struggle very hard to keep my family togeather and pinch every penny as hard as I can. I have tried so many different avenues for assistance, and yet have found none. I am so tired of looking my children in their eyes and telling them no we can't or mommy cant afford it, only for them to turn around and tell me it's okay mommy, it will get better, I will get bigger and help you. My 5 year old once told me she would go without lunch to save me money, ouch, that hurt my heart. I am not one to really ask for HELP but , I cannot stand the thought of my children going without this year, heck I would be grateful for some winter coats and shoes for them. My bills are so far behind that I am afraid to answer my phone, afraid my car w! ill be repossed.PLEASE HELP US!!!! 	Cleveland - Hello to everyone that is willing to help, not just me but anyone even reading this and considering helping a total stranger. I am not looking for a hand out but rather a hand up. I'm not being snobby but I want you to know that I am very independant. I am a full time student working on my BS in psychology with an emphasis in substance abuse and I also work full time. Full time employment with no completed education pays me less than $500 every other week. I plan to help people the same way some of you are. I am a 30 year old single mother of one 9 year old son. I recently left my abusive relationship and although I am thankful that my son and I got to keep our home, we no longer have transportation. I know that normally this is not such a big issue but in my case it is a huge one. We live in a very rural area and there is NO public transportation, nor is there any agencies that provide assistance in this area. The closest store is more than ten miles ! away and the closest grocery store is at least double that far. My son had an ear infection a couple months ago and I had to call an ambulance to get hime to the emergency room because no one would give me a ride. 9 his fever was rising)I'm not from Texas originally so I know VERY few people here and have a hard time even getting my son to school if he misses the bus. I don't really want a free car but maybe someone has an extra car sitting in the garage that they would sell me VERY cheap or even let me make payments on it. Any ideas would be helpful. 	Pasadena - I AM IN NEED OF A MOBILE HOME TO CALL MY OWN! Five and a half years ago my husband passed away. I tried for almost two years to keep my home but was unable to make the mortgage, taxes and insurance payments. I moved in with a sister for awhile and then got a section 8 apartment in New Waverly, TX. I lived there for two and a half years and then moved in with my son and his family. I moved in with them so that I could save money to fix up my lot in Coldspring and buy a mobile home and put on it. So far I haven't been able to save any money but beginning next month I should be able to start. (bills) I would like a decent trailer but know that I can't afford one and my credit isn't good enough to buy one and make notes along with insurance and taxes. I'd like to know if there is someone who would sell me one for little or no money down and monthly payments of no more than $200.00. I could swing that along with insurance. The only draw back is that I would need them to haul it to my lot and set it up. Also, I need! a new culvert as someone took mine. There is no natural gas so everything would have to be electric or propane. If you can help me or know someone who can I would be so very grateful. I just want a home of my own again. Thank you

	San Antonio, TX - We are a young family with 5 children, 2 boys and 3 girls. My husband works full time and I am a full time student. We struggle month to month to pay our bills but these past two months since I went back to school we have struggled more than ever. Driving back and forth to school and home and with gas prices rising we spend over 70 dollars a week in gas alone. I don't want to quit school but we can't seem to afford the expenses it has along the way. I'm also afraid that my little ones will not have a christmas. We are very low on cash. My husband makes about 750-850 every two weeks and our rent is 500 and truck payment and insurance is 575. leaving very little for electricity, phone and gas. We wont have money for Christmas this year and I have managed to buy one gift for each kid at Ross at 4.99 to 6.99 each. Doing that has dropped my gas allowance. I just want my kids to have a great Christmas and would be pleased and thankful for any help someone will! offer.

	Wills Point, TX - Hello. My husband lost his job in February. Found work the end of August finally. During those months we lost a car. Utilites were shut off and things got really bad. Our kids started school with nothing new and hardly any school supplies. They are 11, 15 and 16. My 94 year old grandmother also lives with us. She just came home from her 3 hospital stay in 4 months. She did come home with a pace maker and is doing much better. Thank the lord. Things have been so hard for us. Our mobile home went into repo status twice and it is finally current after alot of begging and pleading with the mortgage company to extend our loan. The light bill is due tomorrow and I don't know how we are going to take care of that. My assistance request is help with food and utilities. Christmas is just around the corner and the kids aren't getting anything. I feel bad for them, but food and utilities and a home to live in are most important. Grandmas meds are out the roof expensive and we have to take care of those as well. I know this sounds like a sad pitty party, but it is the truth. My husband has worked his butt off his entire life. 2007 has honestly been the worst year of our lives. Just when we see the light of day something happens. I justpray 2008 is better for us. 	Spokane, Wa - I am a single mom. I am cleaning houses to make a few dollars to keep the bills up to date. This give us about 100 a week, which doesnt begin to cover the bills. What we really need is a couple of gas cards? and Im taking classes online, to finish my business degree. I am stuck at the moment because I cannot afford the $180 for the math books they require (comes with a cd) I have tried to contact former classmates to see if they have the books to borrow, but havent had any luck.( I can verify these costs) It might not matter soon, as I do not have the $100 to bring my quest account up to date. 	Airway Heights, Wa - I am a newly single mom of two teen daughters, I also have one teen girl that was kicked out of her home three weeks ago. She's a great kid and goes to school everydayand gets good grades. The High she goes to and I are trying to work with her parents for some sort of reunification, but I don't think it's going to happen. They have only givin me her medical coupon and a release stating I can have her treated. I work 40 + hours a week. I can pay the bills and the rent and I get food stamps. All three of these girls need warm winter coats and boots for the winter. I just can't do it for all three of them. I wish I could. We would gladly except used coats and boots. I can repair any minor damage (rips and tears) to the coats. Thank you...any help will be gratefully accepted.

	Marshall, Wa. - The main reason I write to you is for our kids! I work full time and my husband is a full time student and works partime at the college. Now that he works partime, we seem to be getting futher and futher behind in little things, we have 4 children ages 12,10,6,5 they are they best kids in the world, so given and loving to others. we as a family we have volunteered our time at a food bank the harvest bank on saturdays we help load the food into the people cars, we have also volunteered once to the soup itchen on Thanksgiving day. here is a few things that we need help with my 6 year does not have a coat that fits, they all need winter gloves, hats & boots, I did buy them the $1 material gloves but with snow coming soon I am afarid there hands will be wet!. Also we moved into to our new home and the only heat source we have is this large propane tank I saved enough money to put 200 gallons but they told me it will not last the winter. My youngest daughter ! goes to a daycare that at the current time we owe them some money. With a large family we are always short on food, like milk, cheese, butter, bread at the time I do have two roast and couple of big pks of chicken. No mattter how hard my husband and I try we always seem to suffer during the holiday seasons. I know that you are probaly not able to help us in all the areas that we are in need of, but at the top of the page it told me to be honest. 	Newport, Wa. - First off thank you for reading our request. I am writing for a neighbor who will not ask for help themselves so i'm taking this into my own hands. It is almost the holiday season and both parents work very very hard. There 2 kids are taken care always have clothes and food but recently there mom has become ill and isn't able to work until her health is cleared. Christmas and Thanksgiving aren't going to be great for them. What i'm wondering is, is there anyone out there that can help with christmas gifts for there kids? Warm clothes etc? I know there family is close and it isn't all about gifts etc. but bringing some cheer to there home might help there situation! I am willing to meet the person who would like to help and give you any info etc. Most charities i've talked to say it needs to be them who ask for help but the problem is they are to proud to ask for help and mom is in no shape to ask for it! n please consider them thanks again!

	Spokane - We are a family of 4 who is very hardworking. We haven't had to ask for help in the past and have always been the ones to help out. During the holidays my wife always picks kids of the local giving trees and buys them presents and helps out with donating turkies etc. to families who can't afford christmas. This year business is so slow. Bills are piling up and I'm not sure we are going to have a christmas. Last year my wife gave away our decorations and christmas tree (A costco artificial) to a family who lost everything thinking we would just get new decortations and a tree this year. Now the time has rolled around. I'm not sure if we can afford new decorations or a tree. I'm not even sure how we are going to buy my girls gifts. We are not worried about ourselves and we have each other and a roof over our heads. But christmas is a magical time. We are not good at asking for help. We've never been in a situation where we couldn't give. We are! not asking for much. Just if anyone can help us make my girls christmas a little happier I would be indebted to you. 	Lorton, Va. - I am in desperate need of financial help to pay out electric bill so that it does not get cut off. Everything in our house is electric; heat, hot water, cooking, lights, everything. I am a single mother and also care for grandbabies often. A little over 1 1/2 year ago I was taken out of work by my doctors due to health problems effecting my ability to get to and preform my job. I was diagnosed with 3 different sleep disorders, major depression, dystimic, and later also ADHD. Eventually after not being released back to work, I was terminated and lost our insurance. Applied and received Medicaid but it has been a long struggle finding new doctors and even more struggle to find the right treatment and combination of meds which I am still stuggling with. I am receiving as much help as I am qualified for with housing, medicaid, and foodstamps, which is a help but does not help with utilities. The only other sourse of "income" is a small child support check, but it is no where enough to meet the basic needs with thins such as utilities, car insurance (which I also do not currently have because cannot afford), gas and maintenace for car (which is old and seems! to have something go wrong every other week), groceries and non grocery such as soaps, cleaning stuff, etc, (food stamps do not cover non food and the little we get does not last all month). I have applied, been denied, and have a hearing sceduled in Dec. for disabilty. We desperatly need help. I do not know where else to go or who else to ask. I have exhausted other resourses in the community because we also had to get help over the summer and the community resourses only allow you to receive help once a year. What little bit of family I have are not in financial postion to help either. I have a high balance on bill due to a deposit because it was cut off before and also because they had taken me off the budget billing for not being able to pay. So in order to keep my electric turned on I need to have $630.31 paid before 5:00 on Nov. 29th. Any help would very much be a blessing. I can give account # so any donation can be made/paid directly to electric company. My depression was already getting worse thinking how I will not be able to do anything for any of my kids or grandson's birhtdays (who are all between now and Christmas), and then of course nothing for Christmas either. My only concellation to those thoughts are the facts that my kids and grandkids are all healthy and we will all be able to be togeher. But now that thought has even turned to gloom when I think about not having any heat, lights, warm water, or a way to cook a holiday dinner. Thank you and God bless you for any help.

	Virginia Beach - I am a stay at home mom of eight, 11,10,7,6,5,4,2,1. My husband is active duty navy. We are struggling right now to make rent, putting food on the table, paying bills and buying for christmas. We had a set back in august and we are trying to play catch up with everything right. Being that having shelter, food, clothes are priority we are not going to be able to afford christmas this year. We are looking for help with christmas gifts for the kids and stockings. Please if you can help wether it's in a major or minor way, my family would deeply appericate it so much. I know christmas is close by i have tried some organization but i have missed the deadline. I usually shop at thrift stores or use freecycle but those aren't options for us right now. 	Chesapeake, Va. - I work with an agency that provides mentoring for teen mothers. I was recently given a young lady who is a pregnant H.S. senior, A/B student,married to the father of baby. Due to the family being angry over the marraige, the couple have become homeless. She is appr. 9 weeks pregnant. They are in desperate need of a home. Currently they are staying in a shelter, but it is only open from 6 p.m.-6 a.m. so they walk the streets until it opens. This is no way for a pregnant young lady to live. They attend church, are very spiritual. If anyone has a room/apt.house that they can stay in it would be amazing. She is graduating HS early in Jan.

	Williamsburg, Va. - I am 21 years old and pregnant for the second time. I am 18 weeks as it stands and I have no place to live and no job. I do have a car, so transportation (besides gas money) is not a problem. My two year old son lives with his grandparents and they have physical custody of him until I can get my life in order, so that I can financially support him. I willingly signed over temporary custody, knowing that I would be able to get him back one day. I was hoping that 'one day' would have been here by now, but it has not. I am moving back to Virginia after a long time spent being away from my son. (On the 8th of Dec.) My parents are not happy with me being pregnant again, and for other reasons, have said I cannot stay with them. Most of my friends dont have the room or they are still living with their parents. I have gone as far as to live out of my car before, but it is now winter and getting colder. I hate that I have to go out and ask people for help. I know! that I got myself into this, but I am going to need a little bit of help getting out. This christmas is going to be exceptionally small from mother to son (though the grandparents will spoil him) when it comes to presents. Truthfully, all I want for Christmas is to be with my son, and to have somewhere to live. I hope someone out there can help me with this Christmas gift. Thank you, and God Bless.

	Virginia Beach - Hello, My name is Holly I am serving in the navy in norfolk and have recently moved my sister and nephew here from indiana to escape an abusive relationship. After 6 years of begging her to leave him, she finally did. before she left Indiana he burnt all her belongings including my nephews clothes, toys and even the only pictures my sister had left of my dad before he passed away. She had been living with me and my family for the last couple months but last week found an apartment to move into, but she has absolutley nothing to furnish her and my nephews apartment except an old sofa I gave her. Me and my husband have already put alot into this to get her here and taken care of them for the past few months, so there is not a whole lot more we can do. 	Eden, NC - Hi, I have 2 lil ones, a son,Gabriel age 2 and a daughter, Keara, age 2 1/2 months. I had to quit my job while carrying Keara due to complications and had her a lil early, which ended up causing Gabriel to not even have anything for his birthday. I got released from the doctor a couple of wks ago but still haven't been able to find a job. My boyfriend is working part time and everything he makes goes mostly to the utilities and rent, which we're behind a couple of months on both. We don't have any family that can help us and we are really praying someone will help us make some kind of Christmas for Gabriel at least. He's so excited about everything, seeing decorations up everywhere and all. He loves anything to do with the movie cars, well to be honest, any kind of cars. He could also use some warm clothes, size 3T/4T and shoes size 10W, underwear(3/4) and especially socks. But we are so seldom able to get him any kind of treat, he will be thrilled with! anything. For Keara, diapers size 1, clothes 3-6 mos, blankets and a swing. Anything would be so deeply appreciated. Also, if anyone has a double stroller, I could so use it since gas prices have gotten so bad. 	Winstom Salem - We need food.My husband and I are both on disability.He has an ileostomy (permanent) due to Ulcerative Colotis and also bad Arthritis in his back. I have had most of my left lung removed due to Lung Cancer 3 years ago and have just been told it is back again.I also have bad Rheumatoid Arthritis and use oxygen 24 hours a day, In Feb. my son,daughter in law and 3 grandchildren moved in to help with the house work and to help with our care. My son had a good job when they came here but he was laid off and now he is working at a barbeque place and not making a lot of money.My oldest grandson works for Wilco and he spends most of his check on his younger brother and sister helping with their clothing and school expenses If you know anything about disability then you know my hubby and I don't get enough money monthly to bring us to the poverty level.I tried to apply for food stamps but they considered my son and grandsons wages as well as our disability check and we made $53.00 too much to qualify.It is very hard on us right now and I am having surgery tomorrow on my nose for skin cancer.This is the 4th/ surgery for that and I was told it will be very extensive surgery so there goes another bill. I hate having to ask for help and I don't want steaks or high priced food.Just staples like beans potatoes and flour would be so very appreciated.We will appreciate any help you may offer. 	Charlotte - CHARLOTTE-Hello, I'm a single mother of a wonderful 15 year old son. He is a blessing even with all the hard times we go though he is the sunshine in my life. His father and I got divorced after 13 years of marriage. Before the divorce we had a pretty normal life, but since the divorce it has been a daily battle to make it on our own. His father has refused to help out any. I'm awaiting a court date for child support. My sons birthday was last month and for the first time in his life I wasn't able to give him a proper Birthday. Then Thanksgiving and for the first time I was unable to cook a Thanksgiving dinner. Which I have done every year since I had my son. Last month was horrible and now I have Christmas. I don't want my son to go without again. This year has been so hard on both of us. I would love to be able to have something for him on Christmas morning and I would love to be able to cook him the Christmas dinner he has always known. We stuggle wit! h alot of things but the only Christmas Wish I have is help to give my son a nice Christmas morning. If anyone has things a 15 year old boy would like or is able to send Gift Cards and could help with getting the items to cook a real Christmas dinner with please lend a helping hand. Before my divorce I never though I would be asking for help, I always sent donations to help feed the hungry for the holidays and in a year my life has completely changed. 	Charlotte - Hello, my name is Rosalind. I have 3 beautiful teenage girls. I was fired from my job on 10/12 of this year, and to be honest never having this happen to me before I had no idea what I was in for. Having to come home and tell the girls that their mother got fired was humiliating. Its never happen before. They were sympathetic but panic at the same time. You see I had no savings, we made it paycheck to paycheck. I told the girls not to worry I had always taken care of them and would continue to do so. I went to file unemployment, applied with the state to see about their health care and started calling contacts. About 19 applications later there is a position in my field that wont be opening up till March. I'll take it!!! I was denied unemployment still waiting for an appeal. I have had to get food stamps. I have been making some money cleaning houses, washing dishes in a local catering house when they have a party. I'm taking anything I can get! at this point. Their is a man in my life who really does try to help me and I love him for it but its not enough. I have asked my creditors for extentions, which our about to end soon. I'm 2 months behind on the mortage 998.00 per month come January it will be 3. The extention on the car ends Dec. 21, although I believe if I make a small payment they will give me another ext. The utilities I have managed to keep current with misc. earnings. For the first time ever the girls will be spending their Christmas with their cousins. Thats just a luxury we can't afford right now. We know we love each other. Please believe me I am doing all that I can to keep it together I closed out my 401K to pay bills I am not to proud for any kind of work, I just need to survive until March. 	Greensboro - I have been sick for months now not working have no insurance .I am unemployed my daughter graduates in june.I have no more savings.I am a single parent have been for 17 years.I worked very hard to achieve the house that I purchased but that will be lost in feb. to the highest bidder.Family I do have some but they cant help me they are used to me helping them.I raised two kids one was killed at the age of 16 and my daughter is now 17.She is a very bright girl and I could not be more proud of her.I feel so bad about her life being screwed up more than anything.If I had the money to start my own basket business maybe I could survive long term but of course my credit is so messed up. 	Charlotte - I am requesting help for my daughter she really needs help ASAP, She is suffering from sever depression and I am very worried about her. She is almost 5 months pregnant, she lost her job, therefore she has no income coming in, although she is in the process of looking for new job she is about to get evicted because she has not paid her rent for November & December, Her boyfriend left and went back to Michigan which is ok, because they are always arguing and it doesnt make the situation any better for her emotionally She was able to apply for food stamps and medicaid temporarily but she cant find any financial assistance with her rent, Everyone wants to wait until she is padlocked before they can offer her assistance, she has been through so much recently and now the holidays are coming and she is losing everything, She actually applied for another complex which was going to be $100 cheaper a month, but! she did not have the $500.00 deposit to move in there either. The total she needs right now I believe is somewhere around $1600, for the 2 months rent plus late fees and court fees, I think its horrible, that there is no agency that can help her. I have alot of problems going on myself right now with just losing my home due to a separation, and I am not able to help her. Please if anyone can find it in there hearts to help know that it will be greatly appreciated. I did not tell her about this request because I dont want to give her flase hope in case no one can help her, but if it is possible then this will be a surprise worth getting, she wont have a problem with it at all she has begged me to find her some help. 	Mesa - I am a single Father I am in need of monetary help. I am working 2 jobs one I rely on tips and the other is full time and steady.My pay is being garnished from My main job and the second doesnt pay well.I am needing 7500.00 I know is alot to ask for and I am embarassed and ashamed to be asking, but dont know where else to turn. I got Myself in trouble with a defaulted student loan Thats the garnishment. I was short on some bills like rent and food and so on, so I took out a payday loan and then another and another. all total I have 6 loans out. I keep extending them over and over. I cant afford to pay them. I also have a personal loan from a non profit organization which I am desperately trying to pay off. I truly hate asking for help. I have had a couple of these loans out for more than a year now. every payday I rush around extending one after another. I just want to be rid of these debts I have gotten Myself into,I am truly embarassed and feel so badly for allowing Myself to get into such a mess.I am losing sleep due to worry I am scared I will never get out of this mess. I am fortunate that both My jobs require similar dress code as I cant even afford new clothing for Myself. I do make sure My son is taken care of before anything but sometims thats even hard but I find a way. 	Tempe - I am a single mother of 5 beautiful, boisterous children. Their ages are 10, 9, 7, almost 6, and almost 6 months. I am currently employed (since January of this year at this current employer); but on an unpaid leave of absence due to my oldest child having severe ADHD and not being able to find appropriate childcare for him and my infant. I am on the section 8 program and while I was working my rent was $585 per month. When I went on leave October 1st, I submitted my change to the housing office and they unfortunately, have not completed the change. I was told by my landlord I am responsible for my previous portion of $585 for November's rent. My landlord wants the money today or a phone call from Section 8 by the close of business today or she is drawing up eviction papers. I cannot blame her. She has a mortgage to pay. If she evicts me for nonpayment of rent I will lose my Section 8. My electricity is also scheduled to be turned off. I owe $189 by 11/16/07 at 5pm. I can't even take my children to school today because I have no gas in my van. My van. That will be repossesed soon also. I normally receive about $100 a week in child support for one of my children; but that stopped in mid October. My employer has told me that they will hold my position for me, even if they have to term me and rehire me. I am so thankful for that. I also have an appointment for disability for my oldest with social security on November 27th. Thanksgiving and Christmas and birthdays are a joke right now. I decided not to do the Christmas Angels program because I thought I would be back to work by now. I have contacted the Toys for Tots program and no one has contacted me back. I have contacted community resource and referral and there is basically no help in my area because apparently no one in this area needs help? I have contacted several different agencies, churches, looked online, you name it. I have looked into working at home and they all seem like scams or that they require some type of fee. I even had a church say they would pay $100 of my electric and they never did. That was about 3 weeks ago. I just want to get back to work so I can provide for my kids again. I can't believe they are really getting no birthday (my soon to be 6 year old) or Christmas. We are even running out of toilet paper, laundry detergent, daipers, everything! I really don't know what to do. I am usually the person helping others. We were going to volunteer at a homeless shelter this year so my kids could help others and be thankful for what we have. It is so hard to focus on anything when you have these issues weighing you down. My kids are even getting depressed and not doing well at school. If there is anything anyone can help with I will appreciate it more than you can possibly know. I would do almost anything at this point just to see my kids smile and to know they will have shelter and electricity. Thank you.

	Queen Creek, Az - I need Christmas help for my tow girls ages 5 months and 18 months.When I was pregnate with our second child I was working.I was on bed rest for the last months of my pregnatcy because I was going into preterm labor and still had her a month early.I lost my job because I had to miss so many days and etc..Till this day I thought that I would have another job by now and it's going on 5 months.My husband works but he only makes enough barley to pay the bills.We had our electric shut off and our water.I just want a normal life and give the best for my girls even though they are little.I want them to have a great christmas as well as my husband.I cry everyday because I cant give them gifts and have to struggle everyday.I try to get food in the house and have the state help but they keep giving me and my family the run around.I've called churches and left messages and no one calls back.I just need alittle push till I find and have a job.Once I get back on my f! eet and adjusted I will return and help other family's and people.It's very depressing and hard how things just fall apart.I wish and pray that I just live a normal life and be healthy.So if there is anyone that can help please let me know.

	Phoenix - Hi, I have always believed in the power of Karma and this site popped up under an incredible circumstance. I am a victim( well my family, my son, Alek and our two dogs and I, have been victimized by a Predatory Private Lender who has fraudulently taken major steps to evict me from my own home which I have been in for 7 years. Her name is Gail Charloff and after an accident 18 months ago when I broke my neck, my mortgage company was movig to foreclose. Gail contacted me and presented herself as a Fairy godmother type who talked me out of a forebearance agreement with my lender, staing she would take the reins and have steps taken to improve my credit andd loaned me money for the back payments and then within a year I could refi and her 100% Interest on a balloon paymnet and her monthly fees written on a fraudulently filed and recorded document would pay herself off and then remove the second lien and it would be over. what she failed to do was file the pr! oper forms , she changed and forged a different contract at the Maricopa cty recvorders offce and she then began the harrassement for 8 K late fees and I could never catch up. In a nutshell, she appointed a fraudulent trustee Title company and together her a s a beneficiary and the title company she fraudulently appointed her lawyer Eric Kessler, from which he was a successor substiute Trustee hande the title to my home on a credit bid of 55K to thius woman without a judicial procedure and never having to follow foreclosure procedures , he havded her the deed to my home without payinbg in succession the 1st mortgage which is in my name and I am responsible for to this date. I owe 2 months mortgage and have been evicted as a tenant from my own home. It is not only outrageous but agreidous behavior as I am in a terrible spot due only to money...My lender will work with me if I can pay the back balance and this will show complianvce and have a huge effect in the 9th District U! S Courts where I have successfuly filed a 14 page 9 count civil suite as a Plaintiff against Ms Charloff under the protection of the Federal Trade Commission Truth in Lending act Regulation Z and X and the Home Owners Equity in Mortgage Protection act and was accepted and I am ready to serve summons and supeona my witnesses. I need help. I would welcome an honest attorney and the catch up money for the mortgages, I am at 1350.0 per month PITI and have currently been accepted as a No Pay for the filings due to this hardship. I need an Attorney to help with a TRO to halt her business practices and and freeze the files in the Recorders Office. The Fraud on the part of the lender will insure a recession of contract. I am willing to show you if interested all my evidence and Pay back the short term loan with my winnings as I want nothing more than to at the very least stop this crooked business woman from ever harming another minority homeowner the rights to keep thier own home and equity in the home and perhaps allow more under privaledged the cou! rage to not give up and fight for their children's roof over their heads. To date she has 35 pages of evictions and foreclosures in the AZ system and has very deep pockets. She is also f oreclosing on homes in 17 othe states and Canada.I am family # 250 since 1994. 	Mesa - Hi! I am a single mom of 4, looking for a part time job. I have a full time job, but I can't seem to keep up with my bills. I don't receive any child support currently (even though I am working on it). I am looking for something that I can possibly do at home, or a job in which I can bring my kids to. I work during the week, usually from 7:30 - 5:30. I can't get a regular part time job, because daycare closes at 6:30 and I can't afford an addtional babysitter at night. And my kids miss me already I don't want to take more time away from them. 	Phoenix - I am a single mother of 2 little girls. Ages 6 and 4. On November 1st, 2007, I under went a full hystorectomy and have been unable to work since then. I am unable to pay my rent or my utility bills. I have had several compications since my surgery. I have also had several infections and set backs, along with very little pain relief. I am here asking for any help that may be possible to find at this point for my children. We may not have a home or any type of Christmas this year due to all of my set backs. 	Phoenix - well i dont know where to start on this, I lost my job this year and have also become a dad to an amazing lil girl who was born at 30 weeks, i almost lost both her and her mother and i thank god that i still have them. its been a hard year fro us all , big life changes and i have been unable to find work , iv been doing handy man stuff for friends but thats just not enough to pay bills and keep food on the table. i hate the thoughts of asking anyone for help when i have so much , my daughter has been coming along just fine and shes getting stronger by the day, my wife is fighting her own battles with what happened and is making good progress, she alos lost her job due to ilness after the birth of our daughter and is on disability for now , until they cut that off. we do ok most months we pay the bills , feed ourselves, and enjoy a life with our little girl all be it a simple life , but were happy. I just want to have a little extra this christmas, just enough to have a tree and be able to take pics of all of us together for our first christmas as a family.

	Scottsdale - Dear Sir or Madam; I am writing this in the hopes that I may find some way of getting help during the holiday season. I recently moved to AZ from Minnesota in July of this year for a job opportunity that never started. During all of this, we sold everything we owned, got on a plane and started a new life. We were excited and looked forward to a new beginning. However, it just wasn't in God's plan at the time. My children believed in me and trusted me. They gave up all of their possessions, graciously and without question. What more could a mother ask for. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to deliver. We went through quite a struggle. I got two jobs at two different restaurants as a server. We rode the bus everyday. It took five busses one-way just to get to work and drop the kids off at daycare. We made it through though. After 4 months we were blessed with a vehicle (that I don't take for granted). We were blessed with somewhere to stay. It has been hard, but, I found something everyday to be than! kful for. I was thankful that I always found a way to put something on the table. Anyhow, recently, I had a little accident, which has put us behind. I really don't think I would have made it anyhow. I didn't want to put my pride aside, so, I didn't call Toys for Tots (I thought I could do it w/out a hand out). Now, it's too late. My accident involved my face, which, is not a good thing when you are a server... I am back to work now, but am behind on everything. It is already the 6th of Dec. and rent isn't even close to paid. Nothing is there for Xmas. I feel like I am losing the battle. I just want to make sure my children are secure. I have tried everything, barely see my children because everyday I go to work (usually 2 shifts a day)it seems like, for nothing. My rent is due, there is no Xmas tree and I DON'T want my children to wake up with nothing when they so graciously gave up everything. My children are not greedy, they are mannerable and put other people before the! m. I do intend to stay here, I know we can make it, it just takes time . I just want them to keep on believing. I am looking for a little help for Xmas and possibly some help on rent... I have four children - Ages 16/girl, 10/girl, 5/boy, 2/boy. If there are any agencies out there that will help with rent, my heart would be indebted forever. My rent amount is $700.00.
